This intense and in-depth documentary addresses both crop farming and husbandry, as well as offering the beginnings of a solution in its look at organic farmers and local organic farmers’ markets. Sustainable Table provides a positive message of health and global consciousness from medical professionals and eco-experts. It also includes both the testimony of factory-farming veteran Howard Lyman, who knows firsthand about the non-sustainability of industrial methods, and the hard evidence of the blessings of a plant-based diet in champion vegan bodybuilder Kenneth Williams.
